Frequently Asked Questions

How long until my package is shipped?

Our current creation time is 3-5 business days, plus shipping time.

Shipping time is typically 2-5 business days (plus creation time). We can sometimes create RUSH orders which makes the shipping faster (via USPS Priority Mail), please message for details.

RUSH ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON.

What size should I get? 
All clothing items should have a size chart in the images, however if sizing is unclear or you do not see the size you need please message me and I would be happy to help! :)

**We do not exchange items due to sizing issues, so please message with any questions.**

What colors should I choose for the design on my shirt?
We provide a design color chart in the images to help you pick colors. (Please keep in mind that print colors will vary slightly from computer colors.) We would LOVE to help you choose great colors for your shirt, please message us for ANY help if you like. :)

**We WILL ship the items in the colors you choose. We do NOT refund or replace items due to design choices, as different people like different color combinations and we trust that your idea is awesome.**

Can I cancel or return my shirt order?
In general, shirt orders cannot be returned as they cannot be resold. In circumstances of seller error or defective item please message to set up an exchange or resolve the issue promptly.

CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED ON ORDERS WITHIN 24 HOURS

In some cases, we can cancel your order if it has not yet been printed, however after the first 24 hours, all cancellations are subjected to a 30% restocking fee.

What if I am ordering as a gift?
We do not put any pricing info in the packages, and we keep all packaging as simple as possible to pass the saving on to you! :)

What if my package gets additional customs fees or VAT charges?
I'm happy to ship anywhere in the World, though I am NOT responsible for VAT or other import and customs taxes or fees you may incur via your local customs office. Please take this into consideration when making your purchase.

Can I get an exchange or refund?
In most cases, all sales in this shop are FINAL. Please review all sizes, colors, and personalization prior to purchase. We want you to love your order, so please message us if there is a problem with your order. In the case of manufacturer defect or a mistake on the seller's behalf, exchanges or replacements will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
